I bought my gas oven back in 2001. After serving my household needs for 8 years my oven stopped keeping the temperature accurately and consistently. So I called AA Appliance Repair. When I called them, after a few seconds on the phone with their customer service, they suggested that I check if my gas valve was open all the way. Sure enough the gas line had bent after the oven was moved 5 days before the problem appeared. Some companies would try to make more money out of this situation, by sending a technician to my place. But Phoenix AA Appliance Repair suggested the best result for me, at the least possible cost to me, and I am glad about that.

I have a rental property in Scottsdale and I used AA Appliance Repair to fix my washer since my renter told me that the washer wasn’t spinning and they couldn’t do their laundry. The technician who came to do the repair was excellent. My renter told me that he showed up on time, exactly as they promised, fixed the washer right away and left the working area very clean. And the repair service was excellent. Once the technician found the problem he call me directly and told me what the problem was and how much it going to cost. The payment was done over the phone and within short time the washer was working. Thank you very much.

Same Day Appointment
They gave me same day appointment for a repair on my fridge. I didn't have much food to spoil but still wanted someone right away. The guy who came out was polite and advised me that the compressor was gone and it is better to just buy a new refrigerator since mine is so old. I paid only the trip fee and now I am looking for a new one. I have heard scary stories about companies who will charge you for multiple repairs and at the end you still end up buying a new appliance. I am glad this guy was honest with me upfront. Recommend.

Reasonable
My brother called this company for me and he was there during the repairs of my Refrigerator. The technician was good according to my brother. My fridge is working just fine now. I think my dryer is giving up on me and I would call back Phoenix AA Appliance Repair to check if it is meaningful fixing it.
